TESTING -- Marc Yassinger is a member of the firm’s in-house tax department and is responsible for addressing tax issues relating to the firm’s M&A activities as well as the operations of the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Platinum in 2000, Mr. Yassinger worked in Ernst & Young’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Group in Los Angeles, where he advised various private equity clients. Mr. Yassinger received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Business Administration from UCLA and a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law.
