Dennis L. Sandoval of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services spoke at AIR Commercial Real Estate Association’s 17th Annual Market Review & Forecast at The Jonathan Club in downtown Los Angeles. The event featured an expert panel of Los Angeles-area commercial brokers, whose commentary focused on the region’s nine submarkets, the noteworthy market events of the past year, and forecasting prospects for 2010.

The AIR Review & Forecast, which is known for its sub-market format, is an influential event in Southern California’s commercial and industrial real estate community. It delivers a realistic view of overall market conditions as some local markets are healthier than others.
